- Since its inception, our company has been cognizant of the fact that human resources are the core asset of any corporate entity. Therefore, the company has always exercised great care and diligence in recruiting high-quality, experienced and productive staff. In line with this policy, the company has consistently sought to recruit newly graduated engineers, administrative and technical personnel and have them trained by in-house and external Egyptian and foreign experts.
Thus, the company managed to cater for human resources needs for its expansions, in addition to forming consecutive generations to ensure sustainability, and progress
To date, the number of corporate staff has hit 1,300, including experts, engineers and administrative, financial and technical staff, distributed over corporate departments as shown in the following table.
The company is divided into 20 departments, apart from corporate top management. Corporate departments can be classified, by nature of activity, into three main divisions.
Top management comprises the chairman, deputy-chairman and members of the Board of Directors, who make and approve top corporate policy. Top management also monitors implementation of this policy and approves guidelines for all corporate departments in line with its overall policy. It also effectively conducts supervision and coordination of departmental works, to ensure smooth and efficient flow of business.
- Technical departments comprise the Design and Technical Studies Division, Technical Audit Department and Technical Office Department. Engineers of these departments are assigned to make engineering designs for all company's work, prepare technical proposals reply to technical inquires by clients. They are also assigned to manage ongoing project, monitor work progress and provide solutions to technical problems. They also follow-up pricing , quotation studies , analyses and monitor suppliers .In recognition of the importance of planning for the success of any project, the company has accorded special attention to the Planning Department that devises executive, supervision and monitoring plan for projects.
Equal attention was given to the Marketing Department is considered to be the link between the customers and the company to satisfy their needs.
- Executive Departments comprise Project Department and Installation Sector that undertakes execution and management of company projects in all sites. Both the department and the sector coordinate their work to monitor work progress, to address any obstacles that impede executive plants and to follow up payment certificates from a technical point of view with customers.
The Operation and Maintenance Department and After-sale Service Department, are in charge of providing operation and maintenance services, repairing any plant or equipment failure. The Company factories and stores cater for its needs of electro-mechanical plant, manufactured and supplied by the company. They also maintain an inventory of necessary spare parts.
Executive departments comprise also Purchasing Department in charge of supplying all the materials needed for the departments and the projects.
Service departments comprise Administration Department In charge of personnel and labor management, it is also responsible for solving administrative problems within and outside the company, monitoring personnel performance and meeting their needs. The Human Resources Department is responsible for selecting and recruiting high-quality staff as required by the company's policy and needs. With the assistance of the Planning Department, this department conducted an internal organization of work within the company, to ensure smooth conduct of business by departments and optimal utilization of personnel. The company has set up a Training Department to be in charge of raising corporate staff efficiency, through organizing regular training courses, participating in specialist training courses and presence at scientific conferences and symposia. Special attention was given to the Quality Control and Assurance Department, to ensure access to and retention by the company of the highest world ratings. Due to this, the company would ensure customer satisfaction, absorption of market changes and viability in the face of international competition.
- The Financial Department, Organize the company's financial affairs both externally through co-coordinating dealings with banks and trading companies and internally by providing corporate and personnel financial needs. This Department. Also develops financial policies to ensure sustained liquidity and full investment of all company's assets.
The Contracting Department drafts, reviews and approves contracts with customers and supplies so as to ensure that rights of all parties involved are preserved and to avoid any problems that many impede work progress or prejudice obligations of any of the parties concerned.
